BACTERIAL BURN.
Bacterial disease of plants. It is shown with round, oblong or angular stains on elevated organs of plants which get into seeds and fruits. Seeds remain underdeveloped, with dark colouring. After planting of the infected seeds shoots perish. At infection of adult plants, plants blacken, wither and perish, the juicy part of plants often rots.
The bacterial burn is caused by bacterium Pseudomonas Xanthomonas. The bacterium develops in damp and warm time. Optimum temperature for development 25-30оС.
The Incubation period 2-4 days. Bacteria remain in seeds and plant residues, is carried by a wind, insects, irrigation waters etc.
The Bacterial burn economically important disease and causes the big loss to agriculture.
BACTERIAL BURN OF TOMATOES AND PEPPER.
DISEASE SOURCE. The reason is bacterium Xanthomonas vesicatoria. The bacterium remains in seeds, plant residues and in soil till 2-3 years. Extends through seeds, a wind and a rain. Catches through wounds and stomas.
SYMPTOMS. The bacterium infects all elevated organs of a plant. On leaves small, the wrong form, black-brown stains. The area about stains becomes covered yellow chlorosis. After a stain increase in sizes, the internal part of a stain fuses and drops out. The infected racemes fall down. On stain fruits small, round, flat, with a watery
fringing. After a stain grow white or there are watery swellings. The surface of seeds is infected by a bacterium. At early disease fruits remain small and deformed.

(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)
The bacterial cancer amazes basically fruit-berry cultures and trees. At infection of plants it is necessary to destroy the big areas of the infected cultures.
SYMPTOMS. Disease is shown under the form of a tumour various value (to 90 kg) on roots or at the basis of plants, is more rare on a stalk. At first tumours soft and smooth, yellowy-brown colour, become granular, dark and firm later. Tumours stir to receipt of nutrients in the amazed plant, development of plants worsens and productivity is reduced. Tumours easily freeze and rot and cause rotting on all plant.
DISEASE SOURCE. A cause of illness is bacterium Agrobacterium radiobacter pv. Tumefaciens which develops at temperature 25-30оС. The bacterium is in a peripheral part of a tumour. At tumour destruction (on vineyards) disease extends on the next plants. An incubation period of 2-3 weeks. The bacterium remains in damp soil till 2 years. The sick vineyard sharply reduces productivity and perishes. The root crop and a tumour of a sugar beet strongly reduce sugar content. At some fruit crops, the transplanted trees perish.
STRUGGLE METHODS. Planting of the healthy planting stock preliminary processed by the Natural stimulator "SEEDLING" which protects plants from soil pathogens.
