FUNGOUS DISEASES OF PLANTS.
In the present section those fungous diseases of plants from which protect biological products «AgroBioStim» are specified only.
ALTERNARIOSIS
Allergens of microscopic mushrooms Alternaria widespread thanking their huge variety and unique ability to a survival, also have dark colouring (olive, olive-brown, and yellowy-brown) with cross-section and longitudinal partitions. The form of spores is rather various and can strongly vary even within one kind. The mushrooms living in the nature parasitize on a bark of trees, in soil and leaves. Optimum temperature for infecting agent development 25-30оС. Disputes of mushrooms are carried by a wind, water, insects, animals and the person.
Many kinds Alternaria cause serious diseases of the important crops. Especially strongly from suffer carrot (black decay and a brown patch), cruciferae family (black spot), a potato (an early spot), grain crops (a black germ) etc.
Mushrooms Alternaria causing occurrence of stains on leaves of cruciferae family of cultures, can amaze also the basis of a heart cabbage, cause seedling withering, cause brown decay of curds. Defeat first signs appear in the form of stains on leaves. They usually begin with small, roundish damages which increase in sizes and merge in the concentric rings often surrounded with a yellow fringing. The amazed tissue often drops out also leaves become covered by holes. Under favourable conditions of a stain become covered by dark bloom in a kind of spores of a mushroom. Damage of curds begins with occurrence of brown colouring on separate flowers or group of flowers. Further such colouring can extend on all racemes or its part.
On fruits from their attachment to a fruit stem the dark-brown pressed stains with black velvety bloom are formed.
ALTERNARIOSIS OF THE POTATO, AUBERGINE AND OTHER CULTURES.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Alternaria porri f. solani. The mushroom remains in plant residues of more than one year, and on seeds – before the following vegetation. Mushroom disputes are carried by means of a wind, insects etc. Optimum temperature of development – 27оС.
SYMPTOMS. On leaves angular small light brown stains which expand are formed and darken. Tubers of a potato and fruits at preservation become covered by stains, then are amazed with dry rotting, and under damp conditions –
wet rotting.

ALTERNARIOSIS TOMATOES AND PEPPER.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Alternaria porri f. solani. Disputes begin development at air temperature 6-34оС. Defeat first signs are observed at high humidity of soil and air.
SYMPTOMS. On leaves appear rounded off, concentrated accruing dark brown stains, with a yellow zone round a stain. At strong defeat all sheet turns yellow and dries up. On a stalk there are the oblong stains of the various size painted from brown to black colour. At a high atmospheric humidity of a stain become covered by black bloom.
The amazed fruits become covered by stains with black bloom of spores, then are deformed and quickly rot.

SYMPTOMS. Causes purple stains on leaves and onions peduncule. From elevated organs the mushroom gets into a bulb which rots, and then the brown mould develops.

ALTERNARIOSIS CARROT.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Alternaria porri f. dauci.
SYMPTOMS. On leaves dark brown stains with dark disputes. Disease amazes all elevated organs of plants and a root crop, after harvesting. Disease puts a heavy loss at cultivation of seeds of carrot. Carrot is amazed also with mushroom Alternaria radicina which causes black rotting of a root crop.

ALTERNARIOSIS OF THE TOBACCO, THE BEET, SUNFLOWER, THE APPLE-TREE AND OTHER CULTURES.
BLACK GERM GRAIN AND BEAN CULTURES.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Alternaria alternata (Alternaria tenuis).
SYMPTOMS. On grain crops (especially at durum wheat) disease is shown before grain maturing. On plants and germinating grain parts appear dark brown stains. At early defeat sterility of an ear is shown.
At bean cultures brown stains on leaves, a stalk and beans develop.
At tobacco – dry red-brown stains on leaves, a stalk and seeds.
On leaflets located round a sunflower basket (after flowering) dark brown stains covered with dark green disputes of a mushroom expand. The sunflower is amazed also with mushroom Alternaria helianti which forms on leaves dark stains with a yellow fringing. After flowering the dead tissue drops out also leaves become full of holes.

ALTERNARIOSIS THE POPPY.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Alternaria brassicea f. sommniferi.
SYMPTOMS. Poppy leaves become covered by stains, and after flowering the seed vessel becomes yellowy-brown or grey-brown and ceases to develop. Disease amazes a cultural and decorative poppy.

SEPTORIA SPOT
(A white spot)
Infecting agents mushrooms from stem Septoria (S. nodorum, S. graminum, S. tritici, S. hordei, S. secalis and others). Mushrooms amaze many kinds of plants. Infection sources are the infected plant residues and seeds. From sick seeds there are infected shoots. In the presence of deposits and fogs get on stalks, on again formed leaves. Disease development is promoted by regularly dropping out deposits and optimum temperature of air 20-23оС.
At disease there are numerous small roundish stains with the grey-white centre and dark edges. Leaves, черешки and stalks are amazed. Strongly amazed leaves fall down. Disease strongly amazes seedling of early breeds of vegetable cultures and colours.
Grain crops are amazed with a mushroom of stem Septoria nodorum Berk. et Br. The mushroom infects all elevated parts of plants: spicate scales, an ear rod, stalks, knots, leaves, axils, grain. On all organs dark-brown stains are formed. At strong display of disease ear rods, stalks and knots become dark-brown, almost black.
On leaves and axils originally stains small, dark-brown, then the tissue near them turns yellow, stains increase and dry up, and leaves die off. Sick plants usually lag behind in growth, strongly cluster, the ear is shortened, the number of grains in an ear is reduced. In separate years disease causes a considerable damage to a grain yield of cultures.
WHITE SPOT OF TOMATOES AND AUBERGINE.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Septoria lycopersici. The mushroom remains in plant residues and perennial grasses. Through seeds it is not transferred. Develops at high humidity and air temperature 25оС. The Incubation period of 5-6 days. Long rains promotes disease development. At temperature above 36оС the mushroom perishes.
SYMPTOMS. Disease amazes all kinds of a tomato. On leaves sharply limited grey-white stains with a dark brown
wreath are formed. After a stain burn out and dry up. On a stalk of a stain of the oblong form. At strong defeat by disease leaves fall down.

THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom – Septoria cannabis. The Incubation period about 6 days.
SYMPTOMS. Leaves become covered by white stains with a yellow-brown rim.

WHITE SPOT FRUIT-BERRY CULTURES.
THE DISEASE CAUSAL ORGANISM. A mushroom of stem Potentilla. The Incubation period of 10-15 days. The mushroom winters in the infected leaves and plant residues.
SYMPTOMS. Disease attacks not only leaves, but also on a root system. On leaves white round stains with a brown rim are formed. The root system of the infected plant is exposed to root rotting.
